The Best, And Fastest Way For Bodybuilders To Lose Bodyfat

By: Dane Fletcher

The fastest way to lose or gain weight is to simply use diet. Whenever we talk of diets, three things come to mind: low-calorie, low fat and starvation diet. The reason, simply put, is that the chief source of nourishment for our bodies is nutrition. This may sound very confusing and the reason is simple: we all hate dieting and hence we end up resorting to our normal diet when we don't see change coming fast enough. What brings the hardest blow is that after reverting to our ordinary diet, we continue without control! This is a natural reaction of our bodies to long for something which has for long not being accessible.

The fastest way to lose weight and stay that way for the longest time is exercise. The moment you in action, you enjoy being in action. When we talk about exercise, the thought of 60 minutes in the gym come into the minds of most of us. The good news is that all you need is to make a daily exercise schedule. This may involve running, walking, or even household chores. This difference comes when we start talking about bodybuilding. In this case there is no shortcut for acquiring that six pack figure other than working out using the gym equipment.

This, however, does not mean that simple exercises are not important for the professional bodybuilder. In fact it is these simple things that keep them reaching out for that higher challenge. These simple exercises are convenient because they can be done within short but regular intervals of time, but not necessarily on a daily basis. A maximum of 5 days and a minimum of 3 days a week will be good enough for you.

There is another argument that should convince you to switch from diets to exercises. Dieting results in loss of both muscle and fat tissue. Therefore, the notion that...OK...I'm dieting so I'm burning out excessive fat does not fold any water. On the other hand exercising builds muscle tissue and burns excess fat. This results in a well-maintained weight loss strategy.

This does not mean that you can eat just about anything because you are exercising. The point here is that you may reduce calories in one way and gain them in another way. Generally, all you need to keep calorie level at an all-time low is to live a healthy lifestyle. This may make you overwhelmed at the thought of changing the way you lead your life. It does not happen overnight. Just start by making few changes today and keep changing everyday until you become fully used to new activities, with minimal harm to your career or interests.

For instance don't aim at losing 2 pounds in one week! Adhere to schedule and make sure there is progress, however small. And you don't have to give up fast foods. Instead you may just reduce their ration and increase that of grilled foods low-fat dishes
